      Pros

      Great company to work, great benefits, the pay is good also.

      Cons

      In my department there are too many Managers and Directors...9 to be exact for about 40 people. The whole structure makes no sense. Limited room for growth and too often there is nepotism & favoritism when it's time for a promotion. Seems to be the dumping ground for nepotists and their friends and family. Fear of change has kept this department in the stone age.

      Pros

      Pay and yearly bonuses are good, benefits are good, training is very thorough. Management seems to be very understanding concerning work schedule, family concerns or health issues.

      Cons

      That said, favoritism is out of control. Manager can be rude, crude, sarcastic, and quite difficult to deal with when in a bad mood. If management gets upset with an employee or one of his/her favorites decides to to put a bug in his/her ear they become relentless in trying to get them written up and fired.

      Pros

      It was a great experience overall for me in IT, and I worked there over 3 years. I left because of the potential for a management position and succeeded in my quest.

      Cons

      Salaries are a little lower than competitors in the area.
