      Pros

      competitive pay, good retention policy, great benefits. I'm a current employee and can tell you that the benefits are excellent, most in office positions are family friendly, and most coworkers are great to work with.

      Cons

      there is alot of disorganization due to process changes, communication regarding changes is severely lacking.

      Pros

      Good benefits and pay. I have met a lot of great coworkers. Also, there is opportunity to transfer to another department after working in your current position for a minimal of 6 months .

      Cons

      Extremely busy and always short staffed and it is impossible to get a hold of someone at the Employment Center.

      So far so good- for the most part seems to be a good place to work.

      Cons

      Pay could be better but they were willing to negotiate a more reasonable salary than their initial offer.
