      There are some good people that work here

      Perpetually short staffed. Overworking really hurts morale and nobody seems happy to come to work anymore.

      if you are good at multi tasking, have a good work ethic, and know how to work together with the nurses and your team you will prosper even in the crappy conditions there may be. -decent pay -work 2 and a half 12 hours days and every other weekend -immediate coworkers tend to work together

      Cons

      -management is all over the place sometimes -workload tends to always be heavy -a lot of running around -you will be drained by the end of the shift mentally and physically -not much support from management -management truly doesn't know what the workload is like as a catering associate, they should have asked the CA's their opinions of the new team building program before truly implimenting it. Really think they just wanted to save money
