Pros

Innovative, stable, rising-star of a private company with stand-out technology in a fiercely competitive market. Consistently executes against strategy with a pulse on customer's needs and market demands. Healthy funding round in Feb 2020 = unicorn status. Our biggest competitor considers us their biggest threat. Everyone works hard because they like to and they believe in the company - some recent organizational changes seem to have elevated ability to execute swiftly and scale quickly. Intelligent, compassionate leadership team that listens and cares about how their employees are handling the recent changes and challenges the world is experiencing. Competitive pay, decent benefits, good internal communication from my pov.

Cons

None really. This is my second post since starting a few months ago.

Great working environment that gives you the freedom to be creative, to get involved and be part of the growth and success. You definitely get the feeling of making a difference. There is also fair pay and many concessions from top management.

Cons

As one of the fastest growing companies in the Sillicon Valley, everyone must be aware that 8x5 is not a part of everyday life.

Your opinion and ideas are valued at SentinelOne. Benefits are great and perks are well above average. The Company is focused and driving to do big things. Commitment to work/life balance is actually a thing here, not just smoke and mirrors.
