It's a junior-league C-suite, and it shows. Expectations are completely unrealistic in terms of strategy and execution, budgets are largely a wild guess, and it's just become a game of whom can blame whom. Loyalty isn't a concept that is understood at SentinelOne, nor is having a healthy corporate culture. People look defeated before they even walk through the door.
The CEO doesn't engage with anyone. There is no pep-talks, no guidance, no information on performance...nothing. Just sits in his office when he comes in at 11am, and leaves at 3pm. Not quite the leader I was expecting.
They hire you to be a pro in your area of expertise, but then question EVERY move, with no experience themselves to back it up...Have to dumb down a lot of things since although many profess to be experts, reality is quite different.
I suggest anyone considering working here, have a real conversation with an ex employee. Reach out to one on LI, I'm sure they'd love to give you their perspective.
