      Great Experience, Great People, Comfortable Everything

      Pros

      - easy pipeline of communication/lots of room to grow as a developer - youth focused and accepting of young developer culture - lots of opportunities to experience the company

      Cons

      - if any, it would be that they were not clear on some tasks and when switching teams you are not given a lot of responsibility right away. Which is to be expected

      They treat you like royalty. Nice flexibility with hours, real world projects, and great employees.

      Cons

      Not many cons. If I had to be picky, they could dedicate more time for training.
