Thanks for taking the time to share a review. I’m pleased to hear you enjoy your team, the benefits, and our company culture. While we’re proud of how well associates have handled working from home during the pandemic, we value face-to-face collaboration and intend to return to the office. However, we don’t want to completely abandon the flexibility of remote work, which is why we’re adopting a hybrid model when we return. Lastly, I’d like to note that we aim to offer competitive salaries—our pay grades are based on multiple market research surveys specific to location and industry. If you have any questions about transitioning back to the office, the pay range for your position, or any other topics, please reach out to your manager or HR representative. I’m glad to you know you enjoyed the benefits at Sentry. I understand claims loads can vary greatly—this has been more of a challenge due to volatile claim volumes and fluid COVID-19 protocols. We’re actively recruiting additional claim representatives to help stabilize our workloads. Please know our pay scales are based on location and national averages for the role. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer
