While it’s great to know you were happy with the benefits we provide our associates, I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced. I recognize claims workloads vary frequently, so we continually monitor staffing levels to ensure we have the support our customers need. It’s our goal to maintain reasonable workloads to allow our associates to have an appropriate work-life balance. We have a robust training program and offer a variety of position-specific and personal development learning through Sentry University. I’ll pass along your feedback about the disappointment you experienced with your training. Thank you for your review. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer

Thanks for sharing your positive review. I’m glad you’re happy at Sentry. I recognize while some people enjoy working from home, it does present unique challenges. We’ve learned a lot about work-from-home culture—and adapted ours—since many associates have been temporarily working from home in response to the pandemic. Whether you’re only working from home temporarily or you’re permanently remote, we’re confident our support for remote associates will only continue to improve. It’s great to hear you enjoyed work/life balance during your time at Sentry. We strive to help all our associates reach their goals, including when they’re looking for opportunities to advance. Typically we encourage associates to speak with their managers about their goals during quarterly conversations. In regards to pay, we base our salary grades on market medians for any given position and location so we can offer competitive salaries as part of our benefits packages. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Javier Sotelo – Director of Employment and Employee Relations
