6% contribution in 401k from day 1.

Cons

Senior adjusters carry the highest claim count with same complexity as "Analysts", but are paid less. Supervisor gave preferential treatment to her favs. So much Cronyism it is nauseating. Claims system is years behind your competitors technology!

Downsides are pretty comparable to any job. Communication with upper management could be improved.
