Can't think of any right now

Cons

Sentry has tried to stay current on things employees want, but in the end, a new cafeteria or workspace isn't worth it without some good old fashioned respect. Teams are not consulted on whether deadlines are attainable, yet judged and suffer consequences when not met. Depending on the dept you work in, management is out of touch and there's a lot of favoritism.

Pros

Very helpful management. Great team environment. Very flexible in work schedule as long as you stay successful in your claims handling and closing.

Cons

Heavy workload that never slows down. You need to be prepared to work constantly to stay on top of your pending. Must not be afraid to work hard.
