Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, fun coworkers, strong promotional opportunities

Cons

Overworked and understaffed. You almost have to work overtime every week unless you want to fall behind on all of your work. Management always slapping you on the hand for silly things but not acknowledging good things everyone does.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m happy you enjoyed competitive pay and benefits, advancement opportunities, and your coworkers. I’m sorry to hear about problems with workload. We recognize claims demands can be irregular, so we consistently monitor staffing levels to take a best approach towards preventing this issue. We also have opportunities in place for managers to recognize their associate’s hard work by offering incentives like bonuses and salary increases. Thank you again for your feedback—we’ll take it into consideration for process improvements. Michele Dufresne – VP Chief Claims Officer

Cons

Work load is unmanagable. No time to take breaks, lunch, go to the restroom. High stress. High volume. No compassion for the massive workload.
