Excellent training, good support from the home office. No caps on what you can earn.

Cons

Constantly shifting priorities and product sales focus. They like you to be a "jack of all trades" through sales of commercial insurance, life, 401(k) and group products. Very little brand awareness of Sentry, with the exception of P&C products.

The is the best job i have had. Great company to work for. They are Flexible and offer: career advancement opportunity, great benefits, learning opportunities. Can not say enough great stuff about them.

Cons

There is a heavy work flow at times. Slow movement to change. No other real drawbacks. GREAT company to work for!
