Pros

Benefits, friendly people to work with. People are hard working and respectful within the office. Job security.

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement unless you are willing to relocate. Job is stressful if you don't know how to manage time. Furthermore, the specific position does not pay as well as it should.

Pros

Excellent 401k with 100% matching and a pension plan

Cons

Incompetent management in Scottsdale and outdated software. The management style is to micro manage every aspect of the job and to attempt to have metrics for everything. With the exception of a few individuals, there is a high turn over rate of the claim representatives.

Pros

Compay Car Fuel and auto Insurance Paid

Cons

Managment is poor. Training is poor. Upper managment is incompetent. CEO Dale Shuh is out of touch with the industry. He sees the sales force as a liability. Highly overpriced and not competitive. High employee turnover leads to distrust in the market place. No longer John Deere friendly. Don't waste your time working for Dealer Operations in Iowa.
