Pros

Nice people in the local office. Very good training for insurance claims people just starting out-great foundation to build upon.

Cons

Supervisors micro-management everything you do and keep close tabs on employees. Management is strict about personal time off, very inflexible for family issues or emergencies. Unfair distribution of work.

Pros

Sentry Insurance is very stable and you can count on it being there for the long term future.

Cons

Communication is often incomplete and not timely. Parts of the organization are slow to change to meet customer expectations.

Pros

Will compensate you for work done and expenses

Cons

Company is slow to react to change. Most if not all of my cases came back 40-50% higher than my competition. Management is not really interested in what employees have to say and will do anything to get rid of someone including lie that they deem as a malcontent.
