good benefits and compensation package

Cons

only look at numbers, they never think about how much work goes into those numbers and that we can't help it when people get hurt or get in wrecks!!! Manager was awful. had no respect at all. have to work holidays. not enough pay at all for the headache of dealing with people cussing at you daily. they want you to get everything done, but not enough time after they cut off overtime pay.

Pros

Great pay structure -- car, gas, phone. Support from home office is adequate. The idea is to have all customers contact home office- - benefit.

Cons

Unrealistic quotas - lack of support in some markets. Training is good, but they run quite a few throught the training -- large full time training staff just for agents - can you say TURN OVER???
