Pros

Nice people in the local office. Very good training for insurance claims people just starting out-great foundation to build upon.

Cons

Supervisors micro-management everything you do and keep close tabs on employees. Management is strict about personal time off, very inflexible for family issues or emergencies. Unfair distribution of work.

Pros

They cover most of your expenses in sales.

Cons

They are extremely slow to make any change. The claim is that it is a conservative insurance company and they do not react to market changes. Underwriting and support departments are not helpful and do not answer the phone after 4pm.
