WORKLOAD - I would get 15 claims in a day. This is not possible to work. I was told to come in on the weekends. They do not pay OT.

As for your comments regarding workload, the Rapid Resolution role can be an active, but rewarding, position. The skills associates gain in the Rapid Resolution role serve as the foundation for promotional opportunities and a successful career in Automobile Claims Liability and Litigation. Since the Rapid Resolution role is viewed as an entry-level position in the Claims profession, it’s overtime-eligible, and overtime is paid for qualifying time worked. I honestly don't personally have any cons. Sometimes my coworkers can get under my skin but I would expect that to some extent anywhere.

Reasonable salary and predictable work hours. Top-notch benefits and amenities.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are often limited and span a long time horizon. Good for people raising families, but not so much for the young and hungry.
