Pros

Great 401k plan and pay is good for the industry

Cons

This company overworks its managers. Corporate management does not appear to care about the quality or quantity of work. Managers are required to do tasks that do not contribute any benefit to the resolution of claims.

Pros

Good 401K match. Compensation is pretty good compared to market. Your coworkers are great. In some areas, there is more autonomy than other insurance companies to get the job done.

Cons

Training is pretty much non-existent. Workload is unmanageable. More emphasis is placed on complying with company programs/tools than with getting the right result on a claim. Company is moving towards micromanagement.
