While we do have some crossover between Direct Writer and independent agent distributions, we have guidelines in place to manage the crossover, and preserve much of the opportunity for the direct writer. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I noticed most of your review was in regards to benefits, both what you like and where you see opportunities to improve. As you may have seen, we just wrapped up our associate benefits survey where we asked all associates to share what benefits are most important to them—I hope you had an opportunity to share your feedback. We’ll use those responses as we evaluate our current benefits packages. Regarding your comment about maternity leave, we updated that program a few years ago to support associates’ healing and family bonding time. Please contact your HR representative to discuss the different support resources we have available to expanding families.
