Pros

Benefits, room for growth, PTO balance is competitive

Cons

Management style is outdated in most departments, small town dramatics, and unwilling to compete with the changing employment market after Covid-19

Pros

Job stability. Some room for career growth. Traditional

Cons

Many of my co-workers are very upset that we have to come back into the office even though our jobs can be done remotely. I know you're already leasing a large facility but times have changed and if someone wants to stay at home you should let them. We are just as efficient!

Thank you for your feedback. Our new hybrid work model is intended to give associates the benefit of working remotely, while still allowing time to collaborate in person, strengthen relationships, and develop and progress in your career. We understand the transition to a new routine can be challenging, similar to when we first started working from home. We’re continually sharing resources for associates to help them make the transition as seamless as possible. I encourage you to talk with your manager about any specific individual concerns. We’re here to help. Elisha Williams – Chief Customer Service Operations Officer

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us—it’s great to know where we’re doing well and where we have opportunities to improve. While we believe in-person work has great benefits, I understand transitioning to a hybrid work model may pose some new challenges due to the change in routine. Please discuss any individual concerns with your manager and keep an eye out for our ongoing communications and recommendations for returning to work on SentryNet. We want to give you the tools you need to succeed. Lastly, we want you to know we value diversity here at Sentry. We continue to actively work on strategies to help increase opportunities for a more diverse work environment. Jim Frank – Chief Information Officer
