Claims adjusting is not for every personality.

If you’re enjoying it, great. If not, I encourage you to talk with your manager about other opportunities within the company. I do recognize claims workloads have been a bit unpredictable recently due to shifting COVID-19 protocols. Good benefits other than the health insurance

Cons

Favoritism and unqualified management. Task driven environment that has you avoiding getting on lists instead of doing good claims work.
