Coworkers are amazing to work with. Management and team sizes were very comfortable to work with. Nice work-life balance when off the clock and expectations on deadlines.

Cons

Poor software engineer pay compared to the overall market. Poor opportunities to explore other areas of IT in the company. The work you do is very siloed and you manage a couple items with very little chance to explore new technologies or have a change in what you work on.

Some in the IT department are super smart and helpful. Some are sort of just getting by. Turnover is very low, so sometimes you sort of get stuck on a team with a low performer.
