      Pros

      Senture has the best family atmosphere for any company I have ever worked for. When I come to work I know that I'm more than just a number, I'm part of a family. We look out for and care for each other and become a part of our coworkers' lives. I had never been as invested in a company as I was when I started here. From the beginning I knew that I wanted to make this my career and stay with this company long-term!

      Cons

      As much as I love my job the position is very fast-paced and there's a lot of pressure, but I don't know that I'd change that!
