Pros

equipment if you don't have a pc

Cons

well where can I start these people really do not like for you to get off the phone to take a quick emergency phone call, yes you heard right they will dock your pay even if you have bathroom breaks that total more than 2 minutes. If you are a minute or so late for lunch you will not be paid for it. The supervisors tell on people not even on their team to their supervisors trying to get you in trouble. They said it was a permanent contract in orientation. Well then in training said well actually it is temporary and they will try their best to put you on another one, I am like no way so I am still looking because I do not trust that at all. This place is more like temporary work and once that ends if you choose to stay you just wait for them to put you to work if they find something for you. Not to mention lack of training no lie I am pretty sharp if I am taught properly however we were trained in one thing and go thrown to the wolves to do something else. Some days was a struggle because if you reached out to the so called resolution line they would give wrong information or either give you an attitude. The supervisor or no other team member would respond a lot in group chats. Then when you gave wrong information or felt like you were taking to long you would be coached. They constantly have people watching the phone line to see what you are doing which is weird. This place is better than being unemployed I guess if you have nothing in your bank account and on the verge of losing something or getting evicted. In my opinion this is temporary work until you can get something else. It is very high stress especially with no training can you just imagine and my contract was one of the lowest paid ones in the company. My pay was an embarrassment for where I live and the economy.

Pros

Work from home even though you have to clock out to pee

Cons

Absolutely horrible. During training there were endless technical issues that we were unpaid for and it took up to weeks for them to be fixed. Once in production it was full of no support or help. In one month I’ve had three different supervisors who have no idea what they’re doing but all they care about it stats. You’ll have a genuine issue and they’ll read and ignore your messages but they’re extremely quick to let you know that your call times are making them look bad. I spend 10 hours a day getting yelled at by Medicare members telling me to practically kill myself and I get no help or support when needed. They make us clock out to use the bathroom and they take time off our punches with no explanation. Senture just took away our right to appeal adjustments made to our times so now we can’t even fight having our hours taken away. Do NOT work here. Every single employee I’ve met has hated this job and has had their mental health decline. We all feel stuck here until something better comes along.

Pros

Equipment is provided, paid training (about two months) with live call days to practice learned skills. Mandatory Time Off is given to lower tier employees first, and moving to higher tiers is based on your statistics, so improvement is rewarded.

Cons

emotionally exhausting as all customer service can be. during months that aren't busy there can be Mandatory Time Off added last minute to your schedule. It can be for full weeks. Voluntary time off is rarely offered above tier one employees, and never to tier four employees. Work schedule can only be viewed when logging in to the work computer after signing in to the contract's account. Senture email cannot be added to personal phone, which is understandable, but passwords have to be changed regularly making signing in through the browser difficult. During weeks where they making people take MTO they will still hold interviews. Must attend all of training, with 24 hours being that max you can miss before they tell you to try for the next time they're hiring. Last minute team shake ups, no warning that you've been added to a different supervisor's team. During mandatory time off calls can be back to back, and during enrollment periods call are almost always back to back.

Pros

Great pay, great management, great hours/schedule! I loved working for them! They are great when it comes to training and first starting, they definitely give you room to make mistakes!! Not so stressful!!!

Cons

The only thing is you have to pay attention like close attention because it's a lot to learn in a little bit of time! But they are there to help you no matter what!

Pros

Legitimate Remote work from home

Cons

Rushed training, refurbished equipment that is unreliable, daily technical issues with programs that impact your ability to perform not to mention the payroll program TCP is either slow or you cannot log into on a daily basis is what your life will be like for starters working at Senture. The pay is extremely low and you will be micromanaged beyond belief. There’s no structure or support from leadership. Each day is chaotic and you will need to work off the clock and your days off to keep up with the demands of the role. You have no voice and your opinion doesn’t matter. This job is not worth your energy.
