Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at Senture. The culture here truly stands out — leadership is engaged, employees are valued, and there is a strong focus on recognition and appreciation. Senture consistently performs at a high level as a contact center, and that excellence is reflected in both operations and employee morale. The atmosphere is fun, supportive, and motivating. There are activities and events throughout the year that genuinely make people feel appreciated, including Halloween trunk-or-treats, Thanksgiving turkey giveaways, holiday parties, and other team celebrations. Beyond the workplace, Senture is deeply involved in the community through initiatives like toy drives, back-to-school drives, and partnerships with organizations such as Make-A-Wish. Overall, Senture is a great place to work with a strong culture, meaningful recognition programs, and a genuine commitment to both employees and the community.

Cons

Great culture and leadership Strong rewards and recognition programs Top-performing contact center Fun and engaging work environment Year-round employee activities and events Strong community involvement and giving

Pros

Supervisors and team members were very helpful, and Senture provided a thorough training program. Pay is different for different contracts you are on. I was on the Humana Military contract, and it was wonderful. They had great pay, and benefits for the employees that were a part of this contract.

Cons

The Humana Military contract had non-stop phone calls for your entire shift. You are monitored closely on your after call time, this means you are expected to complete all call notes while you are on the phone, and call documentation had to be incredibly detailed. These things for me made it a very stressful and overwhelming work environment. I was burnt out bad in 12 months.

Pros

Flexible hours Plenty of work

Cons

Benefits are terrible No room for advancement unless you "know" someone Pay is not based on area average and there are no yearly pay reviews. GROSSLY underpay staff. Many executives and upper management getting bonus and incentives while lower level cannot even give raises. Very toxic work environment. LOVE to use the "we are a family" speech, but take advantage of you. Some employees are held to very high standards, while others are not.

Pros

Depending on the contract you're assigned, you can get bonus. They always have overtime available for most contracts. There is many opportunities to move up.

Cons

During the interview process, I was told that there would not be overtime unless prior approved, it was not disclosed that there would be mandatory 8+ hours of overtime required a week. I was told that if the position did not work for me, I could be switched to a different position, only to be informed during orientation that was not the case, you could only move to higher or lower roles in the company. There is a lot of micromanaging in the company. In the interview I was told we could miss no more than 24 hours working time, roughly 3 days, but orientation said no time missed was allowed, even for court or emergency situations. We were thrown onto the phones on day 4, when we were instructed in orientation that we would be training for 2 weeks before we were on the phones. For my specific contract, we were contact members on behalf of their insurance. We were told that we would have some people who would yell and/or cuss at us. We were not informed that it would be a daily occurrence and we would get little to no support from supervisors or managers. I submitted an ADA accommodation because the overtime was affecting my health, and then policy I was taught in training was no longer correct and I was in trouble. Yet when I had them clarify the policy, they agreed that I was doing the right thing, but I just needed to do better anyway. They never did explain how I could do better. When bringing up questions or concerns to higher ups, it was turned on the individual for not being good enough or being shamed for speaking up. I have seen people humiliated first hand by the director of the department I was working. When I submitted my notice, I was told to join a google meeting that was not recorded, and told to clock out. I had to ask 3 times to get them to state plainly that I was not working out my notice. There was no meeting telling me of my final pay or what to expect when leaving. There was little to no communication. I also almost had to get a lawyer involved to get my PTO and final bonus that was not paid out, which the HR did little to nothing till I informed them I would seek legal action if it could not be resolved.

Thank you for the review. While it can be stressful, we provide fun engagement activities to help supplement the day. My personal favorite is dress-up or theme days! I will share your sentiments with the team. Thank you!
