Training was a challenge

Pros

The pay was nice and working at home was convenient.

Cons

For someone that doesn't like wasting time, virtual training was quite challenging. There were too many glitches and many trainees lacked basic technical knowledge to get through the training.

Pros

Decent pay if you negotiate for it, VTO sometimes if you need it. good training

Cons

Will lay you off with a days notice along with 200 other people but send you a legal notice in the mail to return their equipment or they are taking you to court. There is zero job security, they constantly have you on your toes about if you'll have a job the next day or not. oh and their health insurance is $600 a month.

Pros

Work from home and decent pay compared to other places in South Texas.

Cons

Worked on a contract with Kentucky (Signify). FYI If you're considering this job and if you would like for them to work with your schedule, make sure to apply to other jobs besides this one. Management was not good, training hours were okay, but when I got my original schedule it went downhill. They practically want to steal your life... only got 2 breaks and one 30 min lunch. Breaks were short, management was rude. Calls come and go real quick, you have to get a great number of appointments by the end of the month if you get a decent amount, or an okay amount that appointment money will go to the ones that scheduled a great amount. There is room for growth, but you have to be the favorite in order to get the opportunity and not just work hard. This job made me depressed and hardly had time for my family and myself. They'll let you change your schedule 90 days later. The benefits are good but a certain amount will be deducted from your check.

Pros

Supervisors and team members were very helpful, and Senture provided a thorough training program. Pay is different for different contracts you are on. I was on the Humana Military contract, and it was wonderful. They had great pay, and benefits for the employees that were a part of this contract.

Cons

The Humana Military contract had non-stop phone calls for your entire shift. You are monitored closely on your after call time, this means you are expected to complete all call notes while you are on the phone, and call documentation had to be incredibly detailed. These things for me made it a very stressful and overwhelming work environment. I was burnt out bad in 12 months.

Pros

I worked for Senture as a full-time employee back in 2019 before moving towns, came back, and worked for them against as a part-time employee in 2021. I really loved working in the office with everyone. They were all so caring and helpful, especially to us newbies. The management was considerate of my religious beliefs and avoided ever having me work during what I believe are Sabbath hours. This was such a relief as it is incredibly hard nowadays to find businesses that will accommodate or even hire me because of my schedule request.

Cons

Though the company is often well organized and upfront, they are also hectic at first as management is flailing about trying to stressfully get everything in place for the training class. This is more of a negative on the trainers than the trainees though.
