Pros

Work from home, good training.

Cons

If you had opinions that did not fall in line with their view, they will nitpick everything you do and find a reason to fire you.

Pros

Contract was lost so, over time I was paid to just wait for a call to come through. Decent insurance, I suppose. Except medical. Work from home Job introduced me to a 4 day 10 hr schedule which I love. VTO was great. LOA was given to me, was not a hard process. PTO was.. okay. I did enjoy my co workers , I did enjoy parts of meetings. Training was standard. Boring.

Cons

Garbage pay. 3 years of service, not 1 single raise. I started in 2020 so the pay then was fine; good even but not a single raise is insane. Contract quality - I worked for a quasi-goverment contract and I liked the program quite a bit, but varied in traffic and variety, often times negatively. Mandated overtime is bad if the workload was not needed which happened multiple times. Easy pay but still. Horrible supervisors, supervisors as people I can understand but the constant micromanaging when it was obvious the ship was sinking was annoying. The company was sold 2x while I was there, if not 3x? It was family owned, then sold to an investment firm, then sold to another, and then finally swallowed by Teleperformance. And yet, zero raises. The culture only spiraled into below average from there. Terrible bonuses. I got 10x as much with the last christmas bonus with my new job than I ever did with Senture. The promotions were so clearly given out to favorites and, to be honest, barely worth the raise. Most of those people were miserable or underpaid. TCP or TimeClockPro is one of the worst time management systems in history and the fact it was not working properly around peak times because of traffic is embarassing. They did say they were gonna get away from that prior to when I left but.. still. 3 years of it. Microsoft Teams, cameras on. This is industry wide; but they do it too. Outdated tech Contract ended, new contract? Still no raise.

Pros

Really enjoyed working for this company. Training class was easy and efficient. There was always help with needed from upper management.

Cons

Some employees worked on site while all other worked at home, and I felt there was a divide in the employees as far as consideration for acknowledgment

Pros

The pay is good for an entry level position in the company. The team I worked with and the supervisor I was under were great!

Cons

Short training periods, The customers/callers that we dealt with were horrible. We would have to deal with bad attitudes daily and constantly throughout the day. There were some great customers who were appreciative of the assistance provided but there were too many bad ones.

Pros

They only benefit is that, you can work remote.

Cons

The training was horrible. Not enough time to learn. The call volume is always high, there wasnt enough time to breath within each calls. They say you can pick your schedule, if you attend training for all three weeks. That is not true. They give you whatever is left of the horrible schedule. After a year of being there, there wasnt a small pay raise. Nor was there a bonus. Micro-managing, always breathing down your neck. Do not apply, unless you are completely desperate for a job :)

Pros

Depending on the contract you're assigned, you can get bonus. They always have overtime available for most contracts. There is many opportunities to move up.

Cons

During the interview process, I was told that there would not be overtime unless prior approved, it was not disclosed that there would be mandatory 8+ hours of overtime required a week. I was told that if the position did not work for me, I could be switched to a different position, only to be informed during orientation that was not the case, you could only move to higher or lower roles in the company. There is a lot of micromanaging in the company. In the interview I was told we could miss no more than 24 hours working time, roughly 3 days, but orientation said no time missed was allowed, even for court or emergency situations. We were thrown onto the phones on day 4, when we were instructed in orientation that we would be training for 2 weeks before we were on the phones. For my specific contract, we were contact members on behalf of their insurance. We were told that we would have some people who would yell and/or cuss at us. We were not informed that it would be a daily occurrence and we would get little to no support from supervisors or managers. I submitted an ADA accommodation because the overtime was affecting my health, and then policy I was taught in training was no longer correct and I was in trouble. Yet when I had them clarify the policy, they agreed that I was doing the right thing, but I just needed to do better anyway. They never did explain how I could do better. When bringing up questions or concerns to higher ups, it was turned on the individual for not being good enough or being shamed for speaking up. I have seen people humiliated first hand by the director of the department I was working. When I submitted my notice, I was told to join a google meeting that was not recorded, and told to clock out. I had to ask 3 times to get them to state plainly that I was not working out my notice. There was no meeting telling me of my final pay or what to expect when leaving. There was little to no communication. I also almost had to get a lawyer involved to get my PTO and final bonus that was not paid out, which the HR did little to nothing till I informed them I would seek legal action if it could not be resolved.
