Hi there - thank you for taking time to review a review on Glassdoor about Sequoia. I'm glad you are enjoying the paid time off we provide to all of our team members. It sounds like you are not feeling appreciated and if so, I'm so sorry about that. And yes, you are right, we do celebrate milestone anniversaries for team members celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20 years with Sequoia and do celebrate those who hit achievements such as top sales. But we also do our very best to show our appreciation for all our team members through the various programs and events we put together such as Fun Day (our company picnic where you are paid for the day to have fun), our training programs, our random acts program, Sequoia Scholarships, matching 401k, holiday luncheon, and so on.
