      Pros

      Sequoia is such an amazing company that puts a focus on their people and culture. They manage to pair fun and professionalism into a beautiful bundle of people who work hard and play hard - and know the time for each. They believe in developing their talent and have the best training in the industry.

      Cons

      The company is very structured with clear policies, departments, and workflows. It can sometimes be confusing to figure out who to get ahold of, but they’re happy to point you in the right direction if you didn’t quite hit the mark.

      Pros

      Working at Sequoia for only a few months and it really does have the family feel. Being fairly small in Southern California could make it a challenge but leadership does a good job of keeping us together. There is a ton of training, clear communication and realistic expectations. I believe this company believes in mental health and making sure their employees are happy and healthy. I also believe the company goes above and beyond for their residents as well, which makes work a bit easier. If you're reading this and looking for a company that you can feel comfortable with as well as grow with, this is the company for you.

      Not a ton of properties in Southern California, however no cons on the company itself.

      Company culture, friendliness, pay, company events and plenty of incentives.

      Cons

      I believe most of these reviews are accurate but turnover is high and for some reason the disgruntled employees don’t seem to leave reviews as much as the happy ones...Depending on the team you are on or property you’re at, it can really shape your time here. There is some passive aggressiveness, not enough support and hard to fill positions. Sometimes you will get a CM or leader that doesn’t really buy into the company culture the way everyone else does and it affects your morale.
