Amazing Company with Amazing Benefits

Pros

They care about their employees. You'll wake up wanting to go to work because you know you'll be valued and appreciated. I've worked at a lot of companies and Sequoia is by far the best.

Cons

I can't currently think of anything. Everyone I've encountered including corporate management have been super nice and helpful. I see myself staying with Sequoia until I retire.

-competitive pay -excellent upward movement opportunities -great benefits (401k, health, dental, vision) -excellent "thank you" incentives for employees (fun days, gift cards, bonuses) -necessarily high standards which in turn leads to the high expectations that give you the ability to prove yourself and push you to the next level. -As a company we work hard and play hard. I appreciate a culture that values both professionalism and hard work while encouraging time to decompress and have fun. -gift cards for work clothing

Cons

-Although they offer an ample amount of holidays (9), I have worked for companies that offer a few more. Just a few more days especially around the holidays I feel really helps create an optimal work/life balance as it allows more family time.
