Speaking of opportunity, I’ve recently transferred to one of their largest sites and I am very honored and thrilled to have been chosen to take this position which was previously held by someone for over a decade. Another thing is: They really do put their employees first and value their opinion by utilizing team member feedback to improve as a whole; to me, that speaks volumes.
