Pros
I would just like to give a huge shout out to Ariana from the recruiting team and both teams from Petaluma and San Francisco. I have been with this company for 2+ years now and have had nothing but the best experiences. They expedited my interview/hiring process once I learned I needed to switch properties. Their communication and willingness to help out their employees does not go unnoticed. I plan on investing my time here with Sequoia Equities as long as I can. The only con I say would be for the almost last minute change of positions. But I am sure that it was a once and a blue moon in my case. Nonetheless, still a great company to invest in, since they will invest in you back!
