Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review on glassdoor. I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with your manager and did not feel respected. We rely so much on our service team and they have done an outstanding job especially during the pandemic. Oftentimes, our residents only connection to Sequoia were through our service team who never stopped taking care of service requests and grounds from Day 1 of the shelter in place. Your role is important and revered in our Company. I'm so sorry you did not feel that with your time here.
