I recently did an interview for an internal job transfer. I had a google meet with my regional manager Elizabeth C and Nadia. They asked me great questions and they were great active listeners. Great customer service. Noelle was pleasnt for the first phone interview with Nora who helped me along this process. She was very attentive and provided great communication. That is what made me want to apply internally. Everyone in the home office is amazing and gives great service as if they were on the ground. Thank you everyone!

I worked here for just over a year, and I can honestly tell you that I have never had a job that I actually enjoyed coming to work. My coworkers were amazing, my supervisors were some of the nicest people you will ever meet, and I will truly miss being apart of this amazing company. The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving to an area where they haven't yet reached. I feel like the company actually cares for their employees and you don't just feel like a cog in the machine. The pay is exceptional, but the real benefit is the culture. I highly recommend working with Sequoia.

Cons

The only con I can think of is specific for the Reno Property. They are the only property in Nevada at the time of this review, so there isn't room for career advancement unless you are willing to relocate. The company is working on expanding, so perhaps in the future it will be better.

I've been with Sequoia for almost 9 years and am getting ready to resign. Not because of anything related to the company but because I am pursuing a passion of mine. Sequoia treats its employees fairly and always offers great support. There is room for growth within the company and they recognize unique talents in their people. Senior leadership is very communicative and transparent about changes in the company and the direction they are going next. The people are all kind and supportive and it really does feel like a tight-knit family.

Cons

In need of more opportunities for other positions in the PNW.
