      Pros

      I love how they value their employees for the most part. I got hired late last year and the new schedules they rolled out are great!

      Cons

      I want to grow within the company but I don't have the greatest management team. I voiced this and was basically told to quit or figure it out (in a much more professional manner of course) by my RPM and HR. I also don't agree with their work life balance schedule sometimes. The new Sunday closure doesn't help if you are someone who doesn't have vacation time or don't want to use your vacation time. I think they did a poor job of explaining how that works as well. Also not a lot of things are clear or easy to access like transfer policies, and job descriptions/duties

      Pros

      This company is very employee driven. They make sure employees are valued, have a voice, and are appreciated. Spontaneous days off, lunches paid throughout the year, and random gifts mailed to our properties.

      Pros

      Sequoia is the best company I have worked for! I have been in property management for a little over 4 years and have worked at two other companies and nothing beats Sequoia and their culture. They offer some amazing perks such as, company wide fun days, rest and recharge days to give you a break. They always have fun huddle ups throughout the month to discuss updates and keep us in the loop. Not to mention the career wear gift cards we get so we can shop for professional clothing. Honestly this company is 1 in a million!

      Cons

      The pay days are the 15th and last of the month so it can get tricky when there is three weeks in between but its so minor to me.
