An absolutely wonderful company that puts their employees first. It is a very inclusive company with tons of communication and lots of avenues to grow your career. I was with another company for 3 years and was not given an opportunity to advance, but with Sequoia I have moved into higher roles 3 times within 2 years. The training we receive is on par with most companies in this industry, however Sequoia is much more hands on. They have virtual and in person training events regularly and are always there to answer questions if we are struggling to understand something afterwards. Pay at Sequoia is very competitive and even edges out most of the industry with annual increases plus regular bonus opportunities. Sequoia also provides allowances for clothes for both maintenance and office team members.

A wonderful company! Great leadership, constant policy updates based on employee and customer feedback, benefits are awesome! They give rest and recharge paid days off, paid days off to volunteer, options to have a 4 day work week once a month and so much more!
