Love all the tools the company gives Managers to make our job more productive. Love the training because we learn and it's a fun environment. Sequoia's executives do take the time to listen to all employees no matter what their position is. Sequoia strives to make a positive, fun, and enjoyable culture. I really enjoy working for Sequoia.

Cons

Can't think of any cons, everything is positive at this time.

Employee and customer focused. Easy for your voice to be heard. Excellent learning opportunities.

Cons

Not a negative for me, but career growth opportunities can be limited due to the company's size. However, Sequoia does an excellent job of promoting from within.

As you know, we took employee surveys to a whole new level in 2015 by conducting focus groups with our employees and conducting individual interviews to dig deeper into what was working for you and our team members and what the major pain points were.
