They really think about their people. They treat us great, lots of bonus R&R days. Benefits are good, Health a little pricy. Great support system. The CEO is the Best! Bill Brooks for President!!!

Cons

Heath Ins is a bit pricey unless you go for the HMO

Pros

Home office works really hard to create a positive work culture. Good pay & benefits. CEO and home office do an upstanding job with trainings, inclusion, employee appreciation.

Cons

Managers lack accountability which some take advantage of and abuse their power. Safety of employees is not prioritized, I went to my manager several times with concerns which were completely disregarded or dismissed.

The interview/hiring process was extremely fast. The employee health benefits are fantastic, employee perks seem like they never end, and the culture is nearly indescribably. I feel like part of a family in my short time here so far.
