When you have a great Reginal manager like Elizabeth when she comes makes you feel like you are doing an amazing job, makes me want to jump and do more for this company. Also, when she leaves amazing notes on your desk, makes my day. Also, having an amazing community manager who takes her time to teach and help, and motivates you, is a great feeling. I am new to this position, but with the training that I have received with this company and from my manager, I am not ready to fly!

I was hired two and a half years ago with no experience in the industry, only skills that paralleled what I would be doing in my new position. I was green but they took a chance and gave me the shot nobody else would. Now I have a career and a work family like no other.
