Pros
Sequoia had been more than just a career choice but a second family ! All of the support and training and just someone always there for you . I would recommend anyone to work here . I started with a job and now leaving with a career! They teach you ethics , and not just throw you into a situation there’s so many people on your side and there is no greater feeling. I can go on and on boasting about how great Sequoia is but you would have to experience for yourself . ❤️
Cons
I personally don’t have anything I would want to change . Only thing I could think of is being a leasing agent the hours are really intense BUT it’s something we sign up for .
