Still Amazing 12 years Later

Sequoia has an amazing company culture and philosophy. I have had the pleasure to work with this company for 12 years, and have no intention of leaving. What sets Sequoia apart is they put people first. They put both their residents, and employees before profits. Employees are paid fairly, employees are treated well, and ownership takes the time to know you by name. If you like to be treated well, paid well, have fun, and work hard, Sequoia is the company to work for.

I have been in property management for 25 years and worked for a few of the big name companies during that time. No one compares to working with Sequoia. The best work decision I ever made was coming to this company. Every person from our CEO, through our corporate office down to the property level are amazing and wonderful to work with. Our company culture can't be matched or surpassed by any company out there and it is prominent in everything we do and say as a team. Our company doesn't just state what they are about, we show it in everything we do and say.
