Pros

Company values/recognizes hard work, dedication and empowering associates. Training sessions are well thought out and fun. Strong family feel even for a mid-size to large company. Company culture clearly defined.

Cons

Honestly have not experienced any out of the ordinary "Cons". There are always challenges, different processes and procedures for every company.

As of today, Sequoia now owns Carriages Apartments, in Renton, WA, right outside of Seattle and prior to that Eddyline in the Portland, OR market. There is so much positive things to say about this company! Sequoia has their employees best interest at heart from head to toe, inside and out<3 Starting with competitive pay/ commission, health benefits, training/support, automatic 3% increase yearly, career wear every 6 months, year end company parties, fun days and the list goes on. They provide all the support you need to succeed and allow you to be yourself (yay!), work/ life balance (amazing), work load is manageable because they staff properly <3 Sequoia is a model company that values their employees, residents and business partners. I highly recommend Sequoia. No other property management company compares!

What's not to love?!

Pros

Sequoia cares about their employees. They listen to what we have to say and actually make changes to make it a better career company to work for. They do what they say. There is a great sense of unity and fulfillment that other companies cannot even compare to and I have worked for plenty of other companies in and outside of this industry that do not value you as an employee like Sequoia does.

Cons

I cannot really think of any.
