What's not to love?!

Pros

Sequoia cares about their employees. They listen to what we have to say and actually make changes to make it a better career company to work for. They do what they say. There is a great sense of unity and fulfillment that other companies cannot even compare to and I have worked for plenty of other companies in and outside of this industry that do not value you as an employee like Sequoia does.

Cons

I cannot really think of any.

I feel lucky to work for such a great company. Sequoia truly cares about their employees and residents. It is so refreshing to work for such a great company.

Cons

In the almost 2 years I have been with Sequoia, I have yet to find anything that would be considered a "con".
