Working for Sequoia for several years, I have had an amazing experience! I have been able to grow within the company and rewarded for hard work. I feel valued and appreciated. They spend a lot of time on training and unique ways to keep employees engaged.

Cons

Love all the tools the company gives Managers to make our job more productive. Love the training because we learn and it's a fun environment. Sequoia's executives do take the time to listen to all employees no matter what their position is. Sequoia strives to make a positive, fun, and enjoyable culture. I really enjoy working for Sequoia.

Can't think of any cons, everything is positive at this time.
