Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to complete a review about Sequoia. We do pride ourselves on really listening to our team members and focusing on the customer experience. As you know, we took employee surveys to a whole new level in 2015 by conducting focus groups with our employees and conducting individual interviews to dig deeper into what was working for you and our team members and what the major pain points were. We can't wait to share what we have in store for everyone at our company wide meeting next week to address these pain points! As for growth opportunities, yes it can be limited if we don't have available positions in the immediate area. But where we can, we definitely seek to promote from within.
