Pros

Good money from commissions. Their software is pretty cool too! Honestly their is nothing else with saying that is positive.

Cons

Everything else! They bring you on, get you all motivated, then start a downward spiral of demeaning and bullying you! I can't say it's overall the company's fault, but the really ghetto on site staff will attempt to rob you, and discredit you name in the business. The worst experience of my life! Oh and watch out, you will be required to lie to residents, steer, and follow the managements lead on breaking many fair housing laws for fear of loosing your job! The staff is more concerned about their pathetic social lives rather then doing their jobs.

Upon my resume submission I received a call the next day. My follow up and final interview process was enjoyable and efficient. The Sequoia team is timely, professional and personable. Internal and externally, I have heard nothing but amazing feedback regarding the organization and I can not agree more.

Cons

I am new to the organization, I have no cons. Everything has been positive and seamless for me.
