Work tasks and responsibilities are always changing. CCSs have more responsibility then the providers we work with. Company expects 100% compliance.

As you mentioned, our Team Members work remotely and get to have a significant impact on people’s lives, which is one of the benefits most appreciated by Team Members. Our work is guided by state regulations and based on the needs of the people we support, which are always changing and evolving. While having a diverse workload can be a benefit to many, it can also create a challenge and we want to support our team members who have that experience. We truly value you as a team member and we invite you to reach out to your supervisor or program manager to discuss specific ways that we can support you. Our high standards for quality and meeting deadlines are directly related to the people we support and our mission to help them live the full life that they choose.
