Pros

Well screened clients. Freedom to create an agenda / plan with that client while there. Supervisors that would listen. A compensation plan that was straight forward.

Cons

Hired for Rockville, sent to DC & told that I "agreed to it during the interview". Spoke to 4 people and although they listened, I was scheduled out for months in DC (I was told they hold no clients in Rockville or Montgomery County upcoming) , I was scheduled in two hour increments - 5 days a week (I was promised this would change), making the trip not worthwhile (with travel would average about $10 an hour). This position is again posted on-line & was shown available again in Rockville at a Job Fair I attended. Changed schedule without prior notification/approval. Sent to a client with Alzheimers without notice.

- Coworkers and supervisor were amazing - Felt understood when asking for time of or reducing my work hours

Cons

- MDH communication is lacking - Mentally draining due to difficulty jumping through hoops to get paperwork done on time just for MDH to take months to review things.
