Pros

Great work environment for the most part Exceptional pay in sales Plenty of time off Wonderful benefits Company provided vehicle, laptop, cell phone, gas card

Cons

Lots of passing the buck around the company. It seems that the individual centers can run however they please, without being in a united front at a corporate level. Company as whole needs to focus more on customer service at the management level.

Pros

There are a few pros I can think of. One is the supervisor, he's great. Two, the people are friendly. The location is okay. There are appreciation days for us which is nice. Workload is huge and you will be busy throughout the day. If you like processing invoices then this is the place for you.

Cons

There is alot of petty, micro managing, tattle telling, acting like children, etc. Some days there is calm and peace but there will be times when one of the "leads" will make you feel less than loudly on the floor. The pay is okay but could be better. Work is somewhat off balance and you MUST help other coworkers.

Pros

Reasonable pay, a lot of good people work there, but there are some that spoil it all. As the proverb goes, "One bad apple..."

Cons

Some parts of the company are cliquish, standards and disciplinary actions are not the same for some employees as they are for others. There is a lot of finger pointing, when that time could be better spent locating solutions. There is also a culture of gossip, backbiting, and tattling.
