Pros

National company with growth opportunities and internal transfer options Strong safety culture Positive leadership Not afraid to invest in employee training Good pay and benefits

Cons

If you like to be complacent with your work, SE probably wouldn't be the best fit. They invest a lot in training and safety and expect their employees to be on board with that and do their best.

Pros

Company car, gas card and somewhat of a flexible schedule.

Cons

Do you not work here if you are not white. I went to training and felt like I went back 100 years in time. It was on the most terrible experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

Pros

Low stress for most of the time

Cons

Low pay for work done Vacation is use it or lose it and no sick time. Lack of cross training meant you were the only person who did the work which meant that asking for more than a few days off for vacation was impossible

Pros

Paid training, one of the only HVAC entry level jobs

Cons

Only 2% commission on all sales including a $15k whole unit, industry low pay, you could make more money organizing stuff as an admin assistant, work exceeds over 10 hours a day in busy seasons, only $10 a day for being on call 24/7, you have to buy all your own tools which can range in the thousands of dollars eventually!!! You're not compensated for the mechanics tool law for buying your own tools. Weekend work.
